How to feel the heartbeat?

A cardiac arrest is a dramatic event that certainly ends with the death of the animal if the owner does not intervene immediately. Although carried out in desperate conditions, it sometimes manages to raise the animal’s fortunes.
Sometimes the interruption of the heartbeat is accompanied by the arrest of breathing, the involuntary loss of urine and faeces and dilation of the pupils. Dramatic symptoms coming just before the death of the animal.
By placing the animal lying on its side, the heartbeat can be perceived by moving the front limb forward. And resting the palm of the hand on the chest, behind the elbow.
